About Hawksmoor
8 questions
What does Hawksmoor.ai do?
Hawksmoor.ai helps enterprise leaders build AI strategy and AI-native go-to-market systems. The work connects customer context, operating decisions, and implementation so AI improves judgment across the organization.
What is enterprise AI strategy?
Enterprise AI strategy defines where AI creates defensible value and what must change for the organization to use it well. Hawksmoor helps leadership teams evaluate opportunities, redesign decisions, and sequence implementation around human judgment.
What is AI-native go-to-market strategy?
AI-native go-to-market strategy connects marketing, sales, customer success, and revenue systems around shared customer context. Hawksmoor helps leaders define the signal layer AI needs before teams automate workflows.
What is Signal Integrity™?
Signal Integrity preserves meaning, context, timing, identity, and lineage as information moves across systems, teams, and time. Hawksmoor uses it to find where customer meaning weakens before AI turns that weakness into action.
Read the Signal Integrity methodology. What does a GTM Signal Report include?
A GTM Signal Report includes an AI-native read on how your company is described, where your go-to-market signal weakens, and one prioritized signal opportunity. It helps leadership identify which customer context problem deserves attention first.
Does Hawksmoor advise and implement?
Hawksmoor advises and implements. The company designs the strategy, specifies the operating rules, and leads the build through delivery. That can include workflow redesign, agent architecture, measurement, and executive enablement.
Who does Hawksmoor work with?
Hawksmoor works with enterprise leadership teams where AI strategy, customer context, and go-to-market execution need to connect. Buyers often include CEOs, revenue leaders, marketing leaders, customer leaders, and operating leaders.
How are Hawksmoor engagements structured?
Hawksmoor engagements are structured around the executive decision, the systems involved, and the capabilities the organization needs to build. The work can begin with clarity, senior counsel, one operating priority, or broader architecture.
Choosing an engagement
11 questions
Where should I start?
Start with the lightest offer that can produce enough clarity or operating support for the decision in front of you. You do not have to move through Hawksmoor's offers in sequence. Choose a GTM Signal Report, GTM Assessment, AI Strategy Sprint, GTM Audit, one-off executive working session, GTM Advisory, GTM Acceleration, or GTM Architect based on what you need now.
What is the difference between the GTM Assessment and GTM Audit?
The GTM Assessment is a free, self-reported diagnostic. It reflects what leadership knows about the business today. The GTM Audit independently tests assumptions against evidence through selected stakeholder input, relevant reports, documentation, data, read-only system views, and scoped workflow and decision mapping before Hawksmoor makes decision-level recommendations.
What is the AI Strategy Sprint?
The AI Strategy Sprint is a $1,500 fixed engagement for one consequential AI or GTM decision. It includes structured pre-work, a 90-minute working session, and an AI Decision Brief delivered within two business days. It does not include system investigation, a stakeholder interview program, architecture design, or an implementation roadmap.
Do I need an Audit before working with Hawksmoor?
No. GTM Advisory, GTM Acceleration, and GTM Architect can begin directly when the situation is sufficiently clear. An Audit is appropriate when leadership needs independent evidence before deciding what to fund or change.
What is the difference between GTM Advisory and a GTM Audit?
GTM Advisory is ongoing senior counsel. Hawksmoor helps leadership frame problems, challenge assumptions, evaluate options, prioritize decisions, and stay focused on business value using the evidence and context the client brings. A GTM Audit independently investigates and validates what is happening before recommending what should happen next.
What makes GTM Acceleration different from a campaign or implementation project?
GTM Acceleration is anchored to one measurable business priority and the operating system required to move it. Hawksmoor maps the current workflow and decision path, redesigns the motion where required, and determines what to automate, augment, or keep human. A campaign, isolated workflow, one agent, one dashboard, or one asset may sit inside the engagement, but none is the engagement by itself.
When does a problem become GTM Architect scope?
GTM Architect is appropriate when the unit of change is the business system itself. Multiple operating motions, teams, customer journeys, products, markets, systems, or decision boundaries need a coherent AI-native GTM architecture. Architect includes a portfolio-level view of consequential workflows and decisions before the broader system is designed.
How does Hawksmoor decide what to automate?
Map the work first. Hawksmoor identifies the trigger, context, decision, actor, action, handoff, outcome, and feedback path. Then we decide where AI can automate, where it should augment or recommend, and where human judgment should remain responsible for the decision.
Can I book Lara for one problem without starting an engagement?
Yes. Paid executive working sessions are available for 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes at $250, $500, $750, or $1,000. Bring one AI, GTM, operating, vendor, or decision question. A written decision sequence follows within 24 hours.
How is pricing structured?
The GTM Signal Report and GTM Assessment are free. The AI Strategy Sprint is $1,500 fixed. GTM Audits start at $15,000. GTM Advisory, GTM Acceleration, and GTM Architect are custom-scoped because the complexity, systems, stakeholders, production work, and value at stake vary by engagement. One-off executive working sessions range from $250 to $1,000.
How does Hawksmoor think about business outcomes and value?
Paid work is tied to a business outcome or decision, an available baseline, a value hypothesis, and a measurement approach wherever the evidence allows. Hawksmoor distinguishes operating progress and leading indicators from realized business value, and does not promise percentage improvements without an evidence base and contractual structure to support them.
How the work is delivered
8 questions
Where does workflow mapping fit in the Hawksmoor model?
Workflow is not a fourth pillar. It is the operational layer where Operating Model, Architecture, and Orchestration become visible in real work. Hawksmoor maps consequential workflows and decisions before automating or redesigning them.
What does a Workflow & Decision Map include?
The map can capture the workflow, business outcome, trigger, required signals and context, decision, current actor, handoff, exception path, AI role, human judgment requirement, system dependencies, measurement, and Signal Integrity dependency. The scope stays focused on work that influences the business outcome or operating system in question.
How do you decide where humans stay in the loop?
Hawksmoor treats human involvement as a design decision. AI may act autonomously within a controlled boundary, augment human work, recommend an action for human approval, or stay out of the workflow. The choice depends on value, risk, context, trust, accountability, and the quality of the available signals.
Where does Hawksmoor sit in the GTM stack?
Hawksmoor works at the strategy and decisioning layer. We define the operating model, architecture, orchestration, signals, human checkpoints, workflows, and measurement required for AI-native GTM, then lead the work through the level of delivery defined in the engagement.
Who does what during an engagement?
The answer depends on the engagement. Advisory centers on senior counsel while the client team executes. Acceleration puts one consequential business motion into operation. Architect can coordinate client teams, Hawksmoor capabilities, and specialist partners across a broader system. Every scope defines ownership before work begins.
How does an engagement start?
Start where the decision is. A GTM Signal Report or GTM Assessment can provide fast clarity. An AI Strategy Sprint resolves one consequential question. A GTM Audit investigates evidence. GTM Advisory, GTM Acceleration, or GTM Architect can also begin directly when the need is already clear.
How does Hawksmoor handle security, compliance, and CISO review?
Security and compliance enter the architecture at the start. AI actions and important decisions should be traceable to their source and context. Depending on scope, deliverables can include lineage documentation, approval controls, human-review boundaries, governance rules, and an auditable decision trail.
What happens after the engagement ends?
The goal is durable internal capability. Training, ownership, governance, and operating transfer are built into Acceleration and Architect scopes. GTM Advisory can continue when leadership wants ongoing senior counsel after the operating work transfers to the client.
